White Chocolate Raspberry Skillet Cookie

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 tbsp softened butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Bonne Maman Raspberry Conserve
METHOD
  1. Preheat the oven to 175ºC.
  2. Add butter and both sugars in a bowl and mix until fully combines. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3.  In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Bonne Maman Raspberry Conserve.
  5. Add into a 13cm skillet or baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
