Strawberry Lemon Cake


INGREDIENTS:

  • Vanilla cake packet mix
  • 1⁄2 cup Bonne Maman Intense Strawberry Spread plus extra for topping Lemon zest
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Lemon slices

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 160ºC. Grease a cake pan with cooking spray and line the base. 

  2. Make cake mix as instructed and mix lemon zest into the batter. Pour batter into prepared pan. Add dollops of Intense Strawberry Spread and swirl around with a skewer. 

  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Cool completely. 

  4. Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, lemon slices and more Intense Strawberry Spread.
