
INGREDIENTS
Apple Filling:

1kg green apples

1 tbsp flour

¼ cup Bonne Maman Plum Conserve

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ tsp cinnamon
Crumble:
- 1 cup rolled oats

1 cup flour
-
1 cup brown sugar
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
150g melted butter
- ¼ tsp salt
METHOD

Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- To make the filling, peel apples and cut into small cubes. Combine all apple filling ingredients in a bowl.
- To make the crumble, add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until clumps form.
- Add the apple filling into a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes then cover loosely with foil and let cool for 10 minutes.
