
INGREDIENTS
Tart crust
- 2 ½ cup plain granola
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
Filling
- Bonne Maman conserve of choice

Yoghurt of choice
- 3 tbsp honey

Fresh fruits
METHOD
- Pulse all the tart crust ingredients until combined.
- Lightly grease tart pans and press the mixture into the pan until it is compact.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight so it sets. If leaving tart crusts overnight, wrap with cling wrap.
- Once ready to serve, add yoghurt and top with conserve of choice. Finish off with fruits and enjoy!
