Jam and Butter Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 stale round rolls, torn into chunks
  • Intense Strawberry Spread

Custard Mixture

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup thickened cream
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
METHOD
  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl then combine the rest of the custard mixture
    in the bowl.
  3. Add rolls into the custard mixture and allow to soak through for a
    few minutes.
  4. Transfer into baking dish and add Intense Strawberry Spread on
    top.
  5. Drizzle the top with extra butter then bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Serve with ice cream, custard, icing sugar or more Intense
    Strawberry Spread.
