6 stale round rolls, torn into chunks

Intense Strawberry Spread
Custard Mixture

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 ½ cup thickened cream

3 tbsp melted butter

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl then combine the rest of the custard mixture
in the bowl. - Add rolls into the custard mixture and allow to soak through for a
few minutes. - Transfer into baking dish and add Intense Strawberry Spread on
top. - Drizzle the top with extra butter then bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream, custard, icing sugar or more Intense
Strawberry Spread.
