Hazelnut Chocolate Knots

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water
  • 1-2 tbsp raw sugar
METHOD
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. 2. Place one sheet of puff pastry and spread an even layer of the Hazelnut Chocolate Spread.
  2. Place another puff pastry sheet on top and cut into strips.
  3. Twist each strip and form into a knot. Place onto baking sheet.
  4. Whisk egg and water together to form an egg wash. Brush onto each knot.
  5. Sprinkle each knot with raw sugar and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy!
