Bonne Maman Conserves or Intense Spreads
METHOD

Preheat oven to 190ºC.

Spread your choice of Bonne Maman Conserve mixture onto a thawed puff pastry sheet.

Roll the puff pastry into a log.

Cut the log into half, lengthwise.

Take each piece and wrap it into circles with the exposed layer side facing upwards.

Add each piece into a muffin tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
