Hazelnut Chocolate Cheesecake Cups
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1/2 cup Icing sugar
- Digestive biscuits
- Butter, melted
- Extra Hazelnut Chocolate Spread for topping
METHOD
- Crush digestive biscuits, add melted butter and mix well. Set aside.
- Add Hazelnut Chocolate Spread and cream cheese into a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer.
- In a separate bowl, add cream and icing sugar together and beat until fluffy.
- Fold both mixtures together until completely combined.
- Layer cheesecake cups with a layer of biscuit, cheesecake mixture and extra Hazelnut Chocolate Spread.
