Hazelnut Chocolate Cheesecake Cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup Icing sugar
  • Digestive biscuits
  • Butter, melted
  • Extra Hazelnut Chocolate Spread for topping
      METHOD
      1. Crush digestive biscuits, add melted butter and mix well. Set aside.
      2. Add Hazelnut Chocolate Spread and cream cheese into a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer.
      3. In a separate bowl, add cream and icing sugar together and beat until fluffy.
      4. Fold both mixtures together until completely combined.
      5. Layer cheesecake cups with a layer of biscuit, cheesecake mixture and extra Hazelnut Chocolate Spread.
