Soft bread

Butter
-
Fig Conserve
-
Cheddar cheese
-
Mozzarella

Or any other cheese you like
METHOD
- Butter both sides of the bread
- Spread Fig Conserve onto one side of the bread
- Top with freshly grated cheese and place the other slice of bread
on top - Place into a pre-heated pan
- Once flipped, place weight on top of the bread to keep the toast
even and flat - Enjoy with a bowl of homemade tomato soup.
