Summer Stone Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 g short crust pastry
  • 150 g strawberry jam
  • 20 g flour
METHOD
Summer Stone Fruit Salad
  1. 2 large peaches (or other stone fruit), cored and cut into wedges
  2. 150g salad mix
  3. 1 avocado sliced
  4. ¼ red onion sliced
  5. 1/4  cup goats cheese, crumbled
  6. ¼ cup of almonds, roasted
Strawberry and Balsamic Vinaigrette
  1. 2 teaspoons Bonne Manan Strawberry Intense
  2. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  3. 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
