Whipped Ricotta & Apricot Toast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Intense Apricot Spread
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh berries for garnish
METHOD
- Add ricotta, olive oil and salt into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Add Apricot Spread and stir through.
- Add mixture into a ziplock bag and cut one corner off.
- Pipe onto toast.
- Add more Apricot Spread if desired and top with fresh berries.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
