Whipped Ricotta & Apricot Toast

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Intense Apricot Spread
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh berries for garnish
      METHOD
      1. Add ricotta, olive oil and salt into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Add Apricot Spread and stir through.
      2. Add mixture into a ziplock bag and cut one corner off.
      3. Pipe onto toast.
      4. Add more Apricot Spread if desired and top with fresh berries.
