Breakfast Croissant Boats
INGREDIENTS

Bonne Maman Strawberry More Fruit Reduced Sugar Spread

4 croissants

4 eggs
-
½ cup Gruyère, shredded

½ cup cheddar, shredded
-
Bacon
-
Fresh parsley, chopped

Flaky sea salt

Black pepper
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place croissants on the tray. Cut a hole in each croissant and gently press to create a “well” or boat shape.

Spread Bonne Maman Strawberry More Fruit Reduced Sugar Spread into each croissant base.

Sprinkle in shredded cheese, add bacon, then crack an egg into each croissant boat.

Season with flaky sea salt and black pepper.

Bake for 18-25 minutes at 180°C, or until the egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to your liking.

Finish with a drizzle of Bonne Maman Strawberry More Fruit Reduced Sugar Spread and fresh parsley.
