Fig & Prosciutto Tarts

INGREDIENTS
  • Petite Vol au Vents
  • Prosciutto
  • Goats cheese
  • Thyme
  • Bonne Maman Fig Conserve
METHOD
  1. Lay out the Vol au Vents on a board.
  2. Add prosciutto followed by a spoon of goats cheese.
  3. Top with a dollop of Fig Conserve and finish with a sprig of thyme.
