INGREDIENTS
- 3 brie wheels
- 2 tbsp Intense Apricot Spread and extra for topping
- Honey for drizzling
- Crushed pistachios for garnish
- Chilli Flakes for garnish
- Crackers or toasted bread for serving
METHOD
- Remove the rind of brie while it is cold for easier removal.
- Bring brie to room temperature.
- Add brie and Intense Apricot Spread into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or in a food processor and blend until creamy.
- Spread onto a board and top with extra Intense Apricot Spread.
- Top with drizzle of honey, crushed pistachios and chilli flakes.
