Brie & Apricot Board

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 brie wheels
  • 2 tbsp Intense Apricot Spread and extra for topping
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish
  • Chilli Flakes for garnish
  • Crackers or toasted bread for serving
    METHOD
    1. Remove the rind of brie while it is cold for easier removal.
    2. Bring brie to room temperature.
    3. Add brie and Intense Apricot Spread into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or in a food processor and blend until creamy.
    4. Spread onto a board and top with extra Intense Apricot Spread.
    5. Top with drizzle of honey, crushed pistachios and chilli flakes.
